For those who say that either character wipes the floor with the other, remember that both of these characters rely on strategy to win fights. Either of the two can only win when they have a control advantage.

For instance, if Lalo didn't expect Anton to approach him in a hideout motel, Anton could easily make use of his stealth, come in close, and shoot Lalo before he'd be able to react.

But you can turn it around and let the two fight in Salamanca territory in broad daylight if you want Lalo to win. He'd know the area better and have access to everything he'd need to make Swiss cheese out of Anton.

I think i’ll cut “ruthless” out and weigh them by raw capability only and it’ll still be a tie because I give durability to Lalo by a slight margin.
