Can you do a video on the CARS section of the MCAT? I’m curious to see your perspective on it in regards to prep because it seems like people are either innately good at it or struggle. From my personal experience CARS is hands down the hardest section to improve.

I can speak for burnout first hand. My MCAT was delayed by almost 3 months because of COVID last year and I was already 4 months into studying before that. I pushed through but saw my practice scores slowly dropping, and when the results came my actual test score was 10 points lower than my last practice test score. Retaking it again this year because I know I can do much better if I don't burn myself out again lol, but use me as a lesson I suppose.

Hey ! ER doc here my 2 cents on this. DO IT WELL AND DO IT ONCE !!! Sadly despite what you may hear you are a number ! There are many, many applicants and most school swill have a cut off and if you are below that they may not see how amazing you are. Your community service, your GPA despite working 40 Hrs on top of school, your research, etc. The number will open your application.

THINK: +/- 2 years for a life in medicine means nothing.
