I gotta disagree with this one. Like someone said before, Neo evolved and was amped, and then got possessed by curious cat. She was already more skilled then 90% of the cast, as her fight record will show, and she’s outsmarted them just as many times. Cinder does not take IQ and BIQ in anyway shape or form. She’s actually quite impulsive and makes dumb decisions because of this. Hence the reason Arthur Watts gave her that lecture. “You can’t just be strong, you have to be smart.” And she’s just not. She’s impulsive and petty, and that leads her to be stupid most times. Cinder also doesn’t take combat. *For obvious reasons.*

Overall, neo takes this, but it’s close. Neo+ Cat is smarter, more skilled, more hacks, versatility, was already one of the best combatants before the possession, and and even shit like speed is debatable because Neo was catching people like Ruby.

I don't know about this one Neo was already amped up by Ever After magic and then the Curious Cat possessed and gave her even more bullshit abilities.

Not saying she has more destructive power than 100% Cinder but she definitely has more HAX.
