3 juveniles arrested, charges relate to armed carjacking

Three 17-year-olds are in custody Thursday following an armed carjacking Tuesday in Northeast Baltimore, according to police. Police said the teenagers also rammed the stolen car into a police cruiser before leading police on a foot chase. One officer was injured and sent to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The victim, a 21-year-old man, is shaken, but he wasn't physically hurt.
