First Launch in Solar Balloon Passive Tracking Experiment

We launch a 9' solar tetroon built by Mathew Lippincott. The balloon is carrying a message in a bottle, which we hope will someday be found. When we have a landing location, we can calculate possible trajectories based on the atmospheric wind profile on launch day.
