Gilbert Arenas and Norris Cole of the NBA Champion Miami Heat with LeBron James discuss what type of point guard he likes to play with. Gil says to be successful with LeBron you need to be a scoring point guard. People like Steph Curry, Austin Reaves, and Rajon Rondo have found NBA championships with this type of scoring alongside LeBron. That much is obvious, the same could be said about Joker. When you have forwards and Centers who can run plays just as good and efficient as guards then you don’t necessarily need to waste space on a playmaking guard. Lebron and Rondo surprisingly worked well together though, having 2 minds who could read plays and make teammates better made Lakers dangerous.

I love Norris Cole on the show! The dude knows his hoops and gives some of the best takes on the show next to Gil. The dude is an asset, keeping someone that can really talk hoops using logic and experience he gained during his career. Plus the fact he accomplished things and played with players none of the others did during his career, being able to speak on that also helps for sure! Make sure you guys keep him around, a dude like him is key.

Mo Williams fitted perfect with lebrons cavs in 08/09 and 09/10 season, reason they had 60+ wins both season. Kyrie fitted perfect but he was much better version of mo williams

Lebron won a title with Rondo as his starting point guard in 2020. He won with Kyrie as his pg in 2016. He won with charmers as his pg in 2012/13. He can literally win with whatever point guard.
