I call this the towniminium effect. The land is worth alot$ but putting in townhomes behind an auto garage in an alley is taxing to say the least. The entire sewage sanitation lines have to be redone for more units and that is costly and I have done it. She looks ready go sell and leave. The extra coming and going of everyone will need to be someone else's problems. I dont miss dealing with mulberry trees. Good luck to everyone involved. By the way I got contacted for years after selling a property with split lot conversion over various issues but not the toilet and water lines proudly.

I am so thrilled that I have poured myself an extra shot of Elijah Craig rye whiskey.

Well, that's all Rosie Posey. But this is not the kind of housing that's going to solve anybody's problems, except help these particular homeowners stay on unceded stolen land. We need dense infrastructure. Nobody even mentions that these lots were divided in order to provide open space. What happens to the wildlife? Extinction. Extinction. We can't learn to live within our means so we just trampled everything to extinction. Valley of Hearts Delight. 💔💔💔
