#AU2017 Digital Twin Exhibit

The Applied Research team from Autodesk's Pier 9 Technology center brought their "digital twin" to Autodesk University. Exhibit Hall visitors could program a robot by making movements in virtual reality. The robot physically mirrored every virtual move. This technology is applicable to humans having robots perform dangerous operations or humans operating robots remotely. Participants didn't need to be robot gcode experts to get the robot to behave as desired.
