Manage All Your Joomla Sites for Free!

If you manage more than one Joomla website, you've probably heard of the paid services that can do that for you. They can get expensive!

Nick over at Akeeba has created an open-source tool called Panopticon that provides most of what the paid services do - for free. It's tightly integrated with Akeeba Backup (of course) and offers a great Joomla site management experience.

I've installed it and I'll give you my thoughts in this video.

Rob, thanks for this video. Since I currently maintain about seven Joomla sites, this seemed like a great tool. Unfortunately, after downloading the package and extracting into a new subdomain, all I get is an Internal Server Error, and without Joomla's error reporting functions, I have no clue what's wrong. The Akeeba site doesn't offer any documentation for Panopticon, so I'm stuck!

I loved Joomla but I left it long ago. Surprised it’s still chugging along. It no longer has any relevance in today’s world.
