Often the top players make ok coaches & sometimes top players make top coaches now and again top coaches can have been mediocre players however the thing all top players have in common is they have been coached to that top level so have experience in top level performance and coaching so freddy for example has the perfect background to have a go at coaching and us armchair experts will soon let the ecb know if he is any good
