I'm not the biggest fan of Bloom but as a human who has lived a long time and seen and read a lot, I respect him here. I can see the sadness in his eyes as he comes so close to the end of his life. Poor guy

Fabulous interview of Professor/Mr.Bloom! The interviewer was treating Harold with the greatest of delicacy and respect. It was a true ‘interview’ in the best of all definitions! Bravo! So sad to hear, that very shortly after the occurrence, Mr. Bloom left us. RIP. Harold, and thank you for all the pleasant and edifying moments…..

Harold was a very fascinating gentleman, after his own mold! Loved to listen to him, especially, when he was younger, as he aged and had the surgeries, he was quite difficult to have the patience to wait for his verbal gems! Thank you, Mr. Bloom for all the pleasant experiences...RIP..

Wow, this was only 3 weeks before his death. I wish he were still alive. He has lit a huge literary fire in me just in the last couple of years.

Wish she’d refrain from interrupting so much, though it is nice to hear him talk and share his wisdom. Personally, I quite like his feisty yet gentle nature.

Comrade Bloom is sincerely missed. May Mainlander have met him at the door. ☭

Jabotinsky begins with ж in Russian and 'ז in Hebrew. How odd that he pronounces it as he does.
