they did miss one thing... back when genos was still work in progress, there was a variation of speedblitz dropkick. The variated speedblitz dropkick was executed when the move was used when the enemy was at point blank. the variation was a bit glitchy but the animation was epic as hell!

The "Menacing" Symbol is really cool but I think for a character such as metal bat, it would be really flashy and bright for a guy whose power is to beat the crap out of himself and come for you next. But then again, the dullness of the one right now is overwhelming. So uhhh. Cutbacks and add some of the scrapped and some of the new and update and done. I wrote too much.

The death blow is a concept not a deleted move and same with scatter and the omni directional punch.

The new update added the deleted one for omni directional punch idk how to do the deleted one, i was sure of it cuz someone used omni directional punch on me and it looks the same and the rocks are not scattered its like close to you and the will turn to his side to see a bunch of fist with red gloves

maybe they could've used the death blow variation if you death blow an enemy and your like at 1 hp or something or the opposite, if you death blow a enemy and they're really low maybe that variation activates

They didn't add all these effects, just because they do not wanna overdo it with them. Did you play A Universal Time? So, this is the game were is a "tree" fighting system and FRICKING TONNES OF EFFECTS. The only reason why owner dont add these effects, is just because they dont want the game look like a overdose of effects. And this is sick.
