Hey guys, lets hide in this cloud. Amazing idea....did you turn out the lights? yeah yeah don't worry about it. Okay good. just cant help noticing that the cloud is FLICKERING!! TURN IT OFF, calm down they'll thinks its lightning. bloody good call mate. Wanna grab a cow later? sure.

I'm gonna say this is a white overlay or exposure filter on the clouds with a night lighting effects. Possibly AE or even Premiere. I've used a similar technique to animate non-existent lightning & lighting in clouds for tv commercials. I think you may need to use some ramps on the flickering animation though to give it a more real or deliberately ominous effect. Did you rush this? The dead giveaway for me however is the short duration. If I saw some crazy shit like this I would have uploaded more than a minute that's for sure. Creative though. keep trying..

at June 1993 I was an eyewitness of a similar phenomenon. But the difference was that there wasn't a constant source of light inside the cloud but many silent lightnings inside of it. There was a single big cloud in the sky, sunny day in summertime, late afternoon. No papers or any media tell on that the next day. Silence as in this cloud :d

Another great catch being called fake by people who do not leace the house much and definitely do not pay attention to the sky.I have tons of pics and vids of clouds nearly identical to this but you actually caught the light flickering proving it is unnatural and not even really a cloud.Great job and thanks for sharing.Great quality too, love the HD and very nice camera work.Trolls can not use autofocus as an excuse here and anyone who has filmed the sky lately knows this is not photoshopped.

October 2009 Terracina (Italy) Sunny day, no waves on the sea, at the horizont line netween the sea and the sky, a big cloud has been hanging there for one sunny day and one clean sky night, you could see, day and night, lights sprankling within the cloud, while all around it the weather was calm and clean

Very real and odd how it flashes and it has a physical effect on the clouds.

This is a natural occurrence in Johannesburg, South Africa (our storms are epic).
We even get purple lightning as well as brownish lightning (it's a tint on the outside of the bolt, the bolt itself is white).
So either this is not Liege or it is fake.

today there was a thunderstrom in germany near Hannover. It lasts about 10 minutes. The scary thing was that the thunder was always on. A few lights but this thunder was not one minute without sound. And this the whole 10 or 15 minutes. Ok not high volume, but it never stops. That i never heared before. Btw great video you uploaded. I hope that this is not fake, but today on YT theres so much fakes i think.

thats an amazing cloud, so perfect, beautiful. How can there be a light so bright out of nowhere? and no thunder ...hmmmm..i believe clouds and ufos have a lot to do with eachother
