Training Chat GPT to create Step-by-step User Training Documentation

I have been creating Step-by-step training guides for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for quite a while, and I do it in a way that I have different variations of saying the same thing for every step that I can then weave together to make documents that are in a lot of different formats - Recipes, Labs, Walkthroughs, Markup etc.

But doing this is a lot of work (or coding).

So, I was wondering today how I could use Chat GPT to create different training guides, with the least amount of input. So, I tested out the capabilities it had to decipher a shorthand instruction list like this:

Accounts Receivable - Customers - All Customers
+ New
! This will open the Add New Customer dialog pane.
Customer Account: A100
Customer Name: Acme
Customer Group: 10 (Wholesale Customers)
+ Save
! This will take us to the Customer Detail page.
+ Save
+ Close

Then I thought that I would train it on how to create modular instructions and create variations of documentation from the same data.
