Food poisoning is nasty to deal with and we've all probably heard of it. Learn the early warning signs of food poisoning, mostly restricted to feeling ill and experiencing really bad stomach cramps. The best ways to take care of food poisoning will probably sound familiar. Rest up, stay at home, drink plenty of fluids, and eat small and plain meals until your stomach feels more settled.

I was laying in bed for hours in pain with the chills and a fever and weakness and soreness in my muscles. Just rolling around and moaning in pain and then I went to the bathroom and all of a sudden projectile vomited the longest and hardest I’ve ever experienced in my life, it felt like I was possessed.

Food poisoning was by far the worst stomach pain I've ever had, and the bad part is it started just before I went to bed, so needless to say I was up throughout the night glued to the toilet with nothing but water coming out both ends and now I am very cautious about what I eat cuz I do not want to go through that again.

Just got out of hospital with food poisoning, single most painful thing I have ever had, and I once suffered a collapsed lung!, I have no vomit just passing pure blood out the rear end with intense abdominal pain! My advice to anyone would be do not let it go as long as I did, and seek medical help immediately! Stay safe people 🙏

I ordered some fried chicken last night, woke up at 3 in the morning with extreme stomach pain then started diarrhearing and vomiting until afternoon, my body got so dry and weak, one hour ago i made a drink with cucumber juice lime juice and little ginger juice and raw honey then add the same amount of cold water it was so tasty and refreshing and now im already feeling way better. Thank God

I think I ate a tainted frozen pizza last night. I woke up with crazy diarrhea but went to work anyway. Went to a job site and started feeling nauseous. So I drove a couple blocks away, got out my truck, went on my hands and knees and started puking right there is the road. The force of my body puking caused the diarrhea to come as well. I was crapping and puking so much that I took my pants off in the street, had my ass in the air just spraying diarrhea all over the street while puking out to other end. Thanks food poisoning 👍. I hope none of the neighbors see me on their home cameras. That would be embarrassing

I had food poisoning on Monday night. It's 6 days later and I'm still recovering. I'm a 6'6 41 yo male and I can say I have never been this sick in my life. I was violently sick for 10 hours straight. Almost a week later and I still have loss of appetite and aches and pains in the body. Also very tired and light headed

On 1/22/23 I purchased a cold sub style sandwich from Walmart in Roseville Michigan on Gratiot. Ate it around 2:30pm, started feeling weird around 4pm. Around 6pm I knew it was food poisoning from the sandwich because I never get sick. 11pm I'm on the toilet spewing from both ends. Moral of the story, never eat anything from the deli section at Wal-Mart

Little trick. If you can't keep any fluids down, suck on ice chips. It mostly absorbs before it reaches the stomach.
