A52's matte-finished plastic back actually changed my typical opinion of what premium quality phones should look like. Plastic back usually looks "cheap" because of the way it's been designed over the years. In Galaxy A52 however, the minimalistic touch in its design kinda makes it as premium-looking as aluminum or glass backs.

Coming from a snapdragon 865 from mi 10T I find A52 fairly great performance wise
Having used 765G on nord too I can surely say 720G is a solid and consistent performer too with all the heavy use too

I've got the 5G variant with the 120Hz display and 750G, and I absolutely love it!
There definitely are some minor micro-stutters throughout the UI on this one as well, but let's hope that with the 3 major upgrades that we're gonna get, they'll be able to optimize it further.

It Still has the great Nick Ackerman quality and information to it! I find it interesting that Samsung’s budget option still has removable storage and a headphone jack despite the fact that they removed it from their flagship phones.

Nice review. Just a minor correction though. The processor of the A52 is Snapdragon 720g, not a 732g. For the 5G version, processor is a 750g.

You know, originally i were still planning on getting the A51 because the A52 cost $150 more. But now, the price of the A52 have come down alot. I find this phone for only $330 which is only $50 more expensive. I think I'm gonna pull the trigger with this one. Yes, it's still more expensive than the OG A51 i were originally gonna get but looking at the long term perspective i think it'll make more sense to spend the extra $50 and get the extra features with the Samsung A52 especially if I'm planning on using this phone for 2 or 3 years or even longer. This phone got more of the same features as my current phone than the Samsung A51.

As for the phone, I'm in the market for a new one right now and can't decide if I get a mid-range phone like this Samsung or Xiaomi, or if I get a refurbished iPhone 8+ in the same price range.
