On my float trip I was just on I took a couple from a company called alpineaire, and what was great for them they are gluten free. We had their turkey gravy and mashed potatoes, black Bart chili and southwestern style masa. All where great really liked them. I now want to try their other products.

Hi there, my son is currently deployed and I wanted to send him some easy meals. I looked at Mary Jane’s but wasn’t sure about taste and ease of preparation. Thanks so much for this video! It helped me to decide and now my order will be placed and then off to Syria it’ll go!

I'll have to get one to try it. Thanks for the heads up. I know how critical you are of prepackaged meals. God bless and stay safe.

I'll have to try them out ! I was on a section hike in Virginia this spring and ran into a fellow who made his own freeze dried meals that were phenomenal. I bought his book titled " Recipes for adventure" you might want to check it out. Thanks for sharing !

Great video. As a regular backpacker/camper I eat A LOT of freeze dried or dehydrated meals. I'm always on the lookout for quality meals that are easy to prepare. Definitely going to try this company out. Might give Packit Gourmet a run for their money...

Hey man, I enjoyed the video. Your videos are alwas helpful and very informative .Checked out there website and they have a big selection of meals. I was surprised as well at their prices. I was expecting them to be more expensive. They are a really good value for organic meals. Please keep the videos coming. ATB, Jeff

Mary Jane's are available to us Canadians through MEC (Mountain Equipment Coop). Have you tried "Happy Yak" made in Canada?
