It's honestly a skill to be able to toss accurately like that! Well done! 👏

Built houses in my youth for 25 years then 2008 hit. To old now. I miss it dearly. Honest rewarding work.

Residential framers always seem like they have the most fun at work. Makes me wish I wasn't in the commercial world.

Pretty amazing skill. Running that recording backwards and it still looks real. Hat tip

I love the new guy who’s a fan of basketball and believes everything things a three pointer. Couple of return shots from the framer soon corrects them . For anyone wondering why the throw is important, we rely on gravity to halt the upward momentum when we get a split second to grab before it goes back down . Anything thrown with an constant arc doesn’t have a stop point till it hits the ground . And it’s not easy playing catch in some of the places us chippies are balanced

I love me some good jobsite throws!
There's nothing like catching a throw from a good ground man
highdesertjohn
Too good. No one realizes how hard that actually is to do!!!

It takes time & practice, to be able to do that & I’ll tell you it’s Truly an Art! I’ve seen some ugly throws on the job site in my life time & I’m just 44! 😂

The trick is to toss it up at the receivers face. That gets high enough and it sort of stalls at the right point to be caught without lunging out to catch it . A little practice and anyone can do it.
donloghry
Yeah you don’t want a spin in this case 😊
Nice work
