Brother i’ve been Perma banned two weeks ago out of no where while playing GM. I haven’t even touched trials in 3 weeks and my K/D is around 1.4 overall. My account was created since Halo 3 days and i’ve been playing the game since Pre-Alpha Destiny 1 . Even got my PS4 Destiny limited editions. I mainly play PvE and some pvp from now and then. My 14 years old Bungie account and 10 years old destiny account from d1 got permanently banned out of no where while playing GM strikes with clan mates. Never got a warning my entire destiny time never got a restriction never basically got anything. Just a 34 years old dad playing the game on his free time. And all of a sudden got permanently banned with Zero knowledge of what did i do. Opened an appeal and it’s been open for two weeks now without a single response.

I have every limited pre-order except beyond light. And been a loyal supporter to bungie overall since Halo times. And i got treated like this.

Hopefully they’ll do something about this because it’s just sad at this point.

I guarantee you there is an incredibly high probability that any top player in any PVP shooter today is using some variation of cheats and/or TOS violating exploits. Most top players are either struggling content creators who rely on a constant feed of "highlights", or cheat builders themselves showing off their products.

To stop getting those messages, you need to do the following....

1. Stop playing over WiFi on your ps5 and connect direct from your router to your console via an eithernet cable for the best connection.

2. If you can't do number 1, maybe look at changing Internet suppliers or investing in a mesh/WiFi extender system.

So you think it is totally normal to win 226 matches of trials in a row with ZERO losses in one weekend with an almost 10 KD?

Welps i guess i'm here now, got banned on july 17th and havn't got a word back, put in an appeal wothkut any luck. That was after i went on a 3 game losing streak in competitive. I went afk to use the restroom and returned to my screen saying i'm banned :/

Well I got the big ban today. Played this morning and it was fine, took a nap for a bit….got back on and was greeted with the Not So Fast! Message. I’m in the same boat as you except worse. I’ve spent a lot of money on this game and countless hours and I’ve been banned. Went flawless on Friday and now it’s Sunday afternoon and I’m banned. I play on PS5 too so yeah….its complete bs

@01:50 - how you hack on a using XIM or Cronus and it's a bannable offense because it's not only software, it's also hardware. Bungie pressed hard on this and it's about time they did something about it.

Btw I’m pretty sure leopard pronounces name normally you know like the jungle cat leopard not Leo…pard haha but typpa has been a controversial figure for a while but if they are finally banning him for things in the past honestly I feel like statues of limitations went out along time ago on that one.
