They have no incentive national establishments like the NHS the local councils are the problem a normal joiner doesn't get paid if he does a bad job. a council joiner gets paid whether he does the job doesn't do the job or does the job badly civil servants aren't held responsible so they get away with bad workmanship and who let's them council . Exactly same as the NHS your still paid if your service is rubbish if you were private you d get closed down and butcher surgeons would get kicked out .

I believe that the missing member for Clacton has recently promoted 30p to a higher level, nominally 45p, this has to be agreed by musk before confirnation can take place.
Musk is insisting that 30p (soon to be 45p) desists from pontificating about consumer food prices, this may have an adverse effect on trump who has realised his nomination as president will have little positive bearing on anything.
