Redragon makes a variety of mice, keyboards and headsets and sometimes it can be difficult to find the right location for the Redragon Impact software and redragon drivers for your mouse and/or keyboard. This video shows 2 different Redragon download sites and how to find the redragon software for your mouse or keyboard model.

Remember the Redragon Impact software is specific to the mouse model that you have, you can't just use any impact software with any mouse.

My keyboard came 2ith a redragon mouse which I used for a while but then it disconnected and that was a month ago and it still did not come back on and start working again

my m652 hasn't been working for about 3 weeks now and i have no idea why, my computer reads the USB as working and in the mouse hardware settings in windows it says the device is working properly, my mouse turns on fine and the only problem i've had like this was fixed with a simple restart but that doesn't seem to be the case here... i also cannot find any software to update the mouse so i am very confused and would appreciate any help anyone can give me.

So I downloaded the right model but when I click “open” it just makes another copy of the file but doesn’t actually open the page
