Sugar 150g (¾ cup)
Butter 150g (⅔ cup)
3 Eggs
Plain Flour 175g (1 cup, 3 tablespoons)
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Almond essence ½ teaspoon (optional)
Instant Coffee 1 tablespoon
Warm Milk 60ml (¼ cup)
Cocoa powder 2 tablespoons

Icing Drip:
Powdered Sugar 100g (½ cup)
Instant Coffee 1 teaspoon
Warm Milk 1 tablespoon

Measuring cup size - 240ml
Baking pan 21x11x6 cm (2 Lb)

Bake in a preheated oven at 170c (338f) for 40-45 minutes

I like how my added and altered version came out, and I would bake it again using the basics in the recipe, or what I call the bones of the loaf.
