Very many thanks for an excellent video.
The last words from the main gentleman sums up exactly how I feel and how I think we should all feel!
Yes, we’re all feeling low when we’re given the diagnosis, but the Nurses even help us cope with that at Pulmonary Rehab. I’ve had mine for 4 years as far as I know, though I know I definitely had symptoms before that. Whatever the diagnosis, battle on with the exercises, you’ll feel a whole lot better than if you didn’t do them, I promise you! 😊

Thank you for this informative video! I have severe COPD and was just released from the hospital this week. I look forward to enrolling in this program within a week or so at the recommendation of my pulmonary care doctor.
