This is how it should be. Affordable medicine, however, they should be regulated and tested, which they aren’t in most of these tourist trap pharmacies. My dad bought some pain killers at a mexican pharmacy and died of cardiac arrest. Dont get me wrong, there are legitimate pharmacies in Mexico with high regulation, but that doesn’t discount the real issue of tainted pharmaceuticals being sold in Mexican pharmacies.
