Credit card application status is showing in process from last 1 week. Done with the V-KYC and agent physical verification, still it's showing in process. What is the timeline of approval of HDFC? ICICI approved with in 30 mins after video kyc. Axis also approved with in 2 days. But HDFC is taking eternity to provide just a basic card!

Sir, it is not working for me, when I tried using my mobile number, it says recently you have applied for a credit card hence you can not apply for one more, I have reeived Millenia Credit Card almost a year back and almost done transaction more than 50000 in last 1 year still I did not eligible to apply one more, any way thanks for sharing the above video

This is what customer care response to my mail:-
"Limited period Life Time Free Offer (applicable only for the applications applied via Bank’s digital platform & physical applications between 1st October 2024 to 31st December 2024). This offer is NOT applicable for existing customers."

I have HDFC IOCL which I’m using since last 1.5 years and I tried to upgrade it but hdfc declined saying it can’t be upgraded to any other card which is ridiculous.
