My all time favourite track from Santana in 1972 when I met my best friend and wife of over fifty years. Five years ago the same track was posted to me by my brother in Sydney. His message "Hey brother here's an oldie but hey it's still a blast" . That was the last time I heard from him. A week later I was standing next to his bed in ICU. He was in a coma! But no matter, I played it to him knowing that hearing is the last thing to go. At least he knew that I was there for him and I loved him. Now I play this more often reminding me of my wife and I when young, and as I remember my brother the tears come again. Rest well brother, and because of Christ Jesus on the cross reconcilling ALL to God, we will meet again.❤

Carlos was not much of an English speaker, but I love how he expressed his sentiments in music. Every one if his songs without lyrics tell a story. The magic us that each listener can derive their own important meaning fom it! 😊

The Master at work. I saw him play this live. It's the only time my wife has seen me cry. This song has been a part of my life for 50 years. Thank you Mr Santana.

I saw the 73 yr old Carlos last year, I am 69. Probably the best concert I have ever seen and I have seen many. He played almost 3 hours flawlessly, no opening act, no back up, . It was as if I was a teenager again. Long live Carlos Santana.❤

I'm listening 🎶 in 2024, who else? I saw Santana 3 or 4 times in Chicago, Illinois and it was an amazing performance 👏 he's amazing. I like his gold guitar 🎸 💛. I'm 66 now and grew up listening 🎶 👌 during the best year's of Rock n'Roll music 🎶 🎵 😀. Who agrees with me about that? I had all Santana' albums and his music will never be lost! He's an incredible musician and fast on that beautiful guitar 🎸 and this is one of his best . Don't you have agree? He hasn't lost his touch even in his 70's.
