Whether or not coby is hurt, he has never played consistently with lavine. Not a knock on zach, who i think is playing some of his best basketballl. I just think they are too similar, and zach is just better. Derozan was a much better better fit. Coby isn't a point guard, Demar could run an offense tho. Without Giddey or Lonzo, they dont have anyone that can run the offense, forcing coby into a role that he shouldnt be in. Either way, even after his breakout out season last year, my opinion on coby never changed. He is who he is, and that is a 6th man.

Feels like the bulls always play down to their level of competition. Whenever the star players are playing, they seem more likely to win that game than win the game without the opposing teams star players which is frustrating because these are games you should win. I'm glad I'm not the only person who's noticed that Pat looked like the Bulls best player in these last 2 losses. He's also on a minutes restriction and flashing that 2-Way potential. I'm legit confused when I watch him play decent and fans are still railing on him. It makes no sense

I think it’s pretty simple- last year Ayo and Coby were not in anybody’s mouth. After breakout seasons, people are gonna start putting bodies on you. They gotta learn how to handle that kind of attention playing good teams now. Growing pains. This is when the real test is. I think he’ll be just fine.

On the plus side, Pat strung a couple good games together. Let’s hope that’s a continuing trend.
