Architect here and I also work with interior designers. Don’t feel bad about using Pinterest and Google for designing.
Finding “precedents”, aka inspo images, is part of the professional workflow too. Nothing is original. Everything is built upon what’s come before it and within the context of current and past trends. You can lean into or reject those trends.
There’s an expression that’s something like “Plagiarists steal from one thing. Artists steal from many.”

I have recently spuced a new airbnb. My biggest issue is what I charge for a bundle . This is my second time doing the staging for an airbnb getting it ready for photos. My team does the maintenance cleaning and decorating it turned out very nice. I'm proud of how it turned out, and I'll find out tomorrow how they liked it! If you could tell me what should I be charging for these services, that would be helpful🎉
