i fell couple of times started age 12, , , landed on my back lumbar...sacrum, etc are messed..i 73 now.was 280lbs, went on emotional food binge..im doing better..230 lbs now...hard time back of legs..get out of breath.had ibs...now constipation...im trying all reiki music...did eft tapping..helps...
