Solved that little software problem yet with the MCAS that pilots weren't td about, that caused 2 crashes? Was it a $2 billion settlement? If it's Boeing, I'm not going. Love our European Airbuses.

Calm down with the control inputs. POI, have your F/O make the MCP inputs and focus on your flying. Your passengers will appreciate the smoother ride. Remember that the Yaw damping system reacts to your aileron inputs, and you are causing an uncomfortable ride especially for your customers seater in the back of the aircraft. This should have been taught to you long before you were ever promoted to the captain seat. Spend a little less time worrying about documenting you flying the aircraft and focus on flying the aircraft. Leadership starts by setting the proper tone. The novelty of women on the flight deck has long past, and it's time to focus on the job.
