No, no, concentrate is always garbage. Fresh organic is the way to go. Apple cider, apple juice, brown sugar, light boil with fresh apple slices, and cinnamon sticks. Let it cool and add your liquor of choice. Real moonshine or other vodka/everclear base to abv.
