I got my first exposure to the world of free flying paragliders. A tow machine is used to pull the pilots up over 2000 feet in the air until they release and float back down. In total it's about a 10-15 flight......me I'll stick with the Paramotor!!

Here in the UK we have had a rubbish spring too. Last week was the 1st week of good flyable weather in a long long time. I flew 3 times to do of bit of catch up.
I have the great privilege of being able to fly with and without a motor. You are right, they are very different things.
Keep the videos coming, they continue to bring us pleasure.

Always enjoy ur videos. I'd love to see some reviews of different helmets. Looking at upgrading but not sure which helmet to go with.

Do they catch many thermals up there? The pilots here in Florida fly for hours and sometimes travel literally a hundred plus miles. I will be doing some short towed flights during my training in a couple of weeks. Might have to give this a try sometime.
