In case you’re wondering yellow ice cream usually means it was made using egg, which in turn would make it thicker due to eggs being a binding agent.

Fun fact about the ice cream machine meme: There's a reason. Most people ask to get ice cream from McDonald's late at night. However, they clean the machines around that time.
McDonald's ice cream machines have to be completely taken apart to be cleaned. They arent broken, they're completely disassembled. Its a pain in the ass to take it apart and put it back together so they just say it's broken. Perfectly valid.
