I think this subject isn't talked about enough on motivational channels on YouTube - including my own. My videos are made to motivate and inspire, but the message is not to study 16 hours a day, sleep 2 hours a night, have no social life, and drive yourself to exhaustion.

That's not the point.

LIVE your life. Be happy. You're only young once. But when it IS time to study, then give it everything you have. Push yourself, seek challenges, face your fears, but ALWAYS keep your mental and physical health in check. Health comes first, above everything. And I really mean that - above everything.

Mike, I'm very grateful that you're making such content. I got my physics mark recently and It went from 54% to 81%, even though its still average, I'm honestly suprised that my physics mark could have reached that high (I'm very bad in physic). Thank you Mike for the videos, It helped me when no one did.

I just wanted to share the impact of your videos on my life. I regularly wake up at 8, i know its too late but my college online classes just started from tomorrow. I really dont know how but today i woke up at 5:50 am. I shortly realised that the lines you say in your videos were in my head. I remember u said that do what most people dont do, they dont want to do. Wake up early and have extra time to be prepared while others are sleeping. Its just the second day of my classes and i feel so much motivated. All thanks to you. I really love your videos.
