These numbers are wrong. I had a big one bedroom apartment in
san francisco 1980 and paid $190 a month and try to get that place for $ 700.

This is SO STUPID. The Value of Money changes all the time. A hundred bucks today won't buy you a house or a horse like it would 100 years ago. A hundred dollars would barely buy an eighth of weed 15 years ago, now it buys a whole ounce. The VALUE of Money and Goods changes constantly, what $100 would buy then and now is STUPID
