Im 47 and i hear and agree with a few makeup artists that with our mid mature skin its better to be a bit darker than lighter foundation bc if they sink into the pores and texture itll be seen . Plus having a darker foundation gives us the color we are losing. I find this foundation looking really nice.

I just saw that my Ulta had this at half price, so I gave it a go. This is THE BEST foundation I have ever used, and I have used a ton! I have extremely dehydrated skin, like dry as the Sahara! I’m also 65. This stuff stays on all darn day, and doesn’t fall into my wrinkles. It is light weight yet buildable, and I can use it as concealer. I have bad pigmentation around my eyes, and concealer looks dreadful after a few hours, gets cakey and makes me look 100 years old. I don’t know what kind of witchcraft, voodoo is in this stuff, but I won’t use anything else. I’m fair, and use F2, and it matches flawlessly.

Yyyyeah I hear you on the "it feels tight, I want to wash it off" thing. That's a deal-breaker for me. The foundation looks great, but if it's not comfortable all day, well, there are loads of options these days (how things have changed since we were 20!)

I’m obsessed with the Ulta Crush Complexion foundation. And the Relove Serum foundation is also really good, especially for being accessible now at Walmart and under $5 Kokie Skin Perfect foundation is great too. I don’t know why the original Kokie foundation doesn’t get way more love. The undertones even are better than drugstore and a lot of high end brands.
Appreciate you not reading reviews before doing a review yourself. It without fail alters a review, subconsciously even. I would prefer creators didn’t even look at the star rating.

I since then have been using the Haus Labs foundation the past 7 months & love it. Today I tried the Makeup Forever HD Glow foundation & it’s absolutely GORGEOUS. Thanks for the review! I was very curious about this one and if it's drying but overall looks good, I will give it a try with a drop of oil which seems to work on my older-than-yours skin 😊

I wanted to try out the MR foundation but couldn't decide the shade, so instead I got the new Catrice tinted serum and I'm surprised how much I liked it, ever since it came out the IT Cosmetics CC Nude Glow has been my go to but I think the Catrice one's gonna be among my top three, I have dry skin, maybe you'd like it... anyway, thnx for the review! hugzzz 💜
