This video goes through transmutations (natural decay and artificial decay). Natural decay is spontaneous and has one reactant. All of the nuclides in Table N undergo natural transmutation. Artificial decay is not spontaneous. The nucleus must be hit with a particle to decay.
This video goes through the process of writing a natural decay reaction with alpha particles, beta particles and positrons. It also goes through other examples where you must solve for the unknown in a nuclear equation. Both Table N and Table O are referred to and shown.
