I've been using this saw for over four years and it's been great.

I bought this saw today for $245. The March parking lot sale started today for ITC members. 3/3/25. The sale stars for everyone else this coming Friday. It's 30% off all Hercules CORDED power tools. HF stores only stock 2 or 3 of these large Hercules items at any given time. The sale specifically says "in-store" only. So, the 30% off is not honored on their website. No rain checks, either... I asked. lol. These deals will be long gone by Friday. Hell, they will probably be long gone by Tuesday. (tomorrow) Nice video, btw. Thanks. 🙂

Great video! I just got this saw for 267 dollars (taxes included!). If you are a HF member you can get it right now at 30% off during their parking lot sale. Every Hercules corded tool is 30% off! I didn’t really need it but got it anyways because that’s the lowest price I’ve seen it.

i love your setup man! very cool that its an ext of your garage, looks organized despite having to have so much in there to get the job done! I just picked up this same miter saw yesterday and when I got home I realized my current table/bench in my shed is about 6 inches too short to support this saw, so I'm using it on the floor right now. I'm thinking about building something very similar to what youve built for your miter saw! Got any videos on you building it? I am a beginning to woodworking in general, so I'm sure its very straight forward to build but I'm sure some other newbies such as myself would love to see it!

I have the same saw. I picked mine up last year for $200...I think it was on sale for $300, and I had an additional coupon that for some reason worked even on the sale price so it knocked another $100 off...wasn't gonna complain at that point HAHA!! Even for $300-400 that its usually sold for its still a deal. About $100 cheaper than the yellow saw, and does the same thing.

I have the Hercules blade on mine still, it works great, and when I need to replace it I'll probably get another Hercules blade, they seem pretty comparable to the Diablo blades.

It seems to me like the Hercules saw has more torque than my old Chicago Electric version by quite a bit, huge step up in quality with the Hercules...wouldn't waste money on the Admiral either, looks pretty much the same as the Chicago Electric.

I see that they now have a Hercules 20V 10" Dual-Bevel Sliding Compound Miter Saw out now too, uses 2 of the 20V batteries....something worth checking out if you need a cordless miter saw. $330 for it, not a bad price at all...but that's just the tool, you'll have to buy the batteries and charger separately....but its kind of one of those things where if you already got batteries and a charger, the tool is a no brainer...
