As a martial arts instructor, I use knuckle push-ups in training as with the right positioning you can train your punches to be more accurate and to have correct form.

I like doing it concrete and bounce as if I was doing a clap push up, and land back on the knuckles, I've been killing nerves and thickening bones on my knuckles, so it's good.

I have a slight wrist deformation so I cannot do normal pushups. So I do Knuckle Pushups.

These help you like cancel the knuckle nerves so when you punch you don’t feel pain 😮

I fractured my wrist in a motorbike accident, i have to do them on my knuckles now. Better than nothing. Never an excuse to stop 💪

Just be careful, that's a good way to get injury on the knuckles and fingers, if your a soldier, it's really important to not risk them fingers.😅. You can do these, but you need to know how and to be careful. Sgts didn't like us using our knuckles.

knuckle pushup also gives more strength for some reasons. Like i legit about to lose it at 15 but then i change it to knuckle pushup before i fall and manage to do 10 more pushups.

Ok so actually, I remember doing knuckle pushups when I was like 16 or 17 for a whole summer. When I started doing hand push ups again, it only made my wrists hurt. It made them feel stiff.
