I must say, I adore Riot's new emphasis on skinning. With Pulsefire Ezreal's release, legendaries from thereon will change the champion completely, and at the same time, normal skins are seeing what old legendaries were.

not many but i can see with th release of this skin he will be use alot more, which isa gd thing as hes wonderfully gd vs most ap carrys due to his poke and dat op range

Ok so I main Xerath...
Shocker there probably, he's the most underplayed overpowered champ in the game. I have to be honest. I don't understand why people don't play him because he can poke from the middle of mid lane to the other teams turret with WQ combo, and the same for his WR. The skin looks amazing and I'm buying it upon release.

its not gonna be legendary skin coz it didn't change emotes
