Going by your videos the Leela clearly comes out on top followed by the Oberoi and then the Taj. The Taj seemed a little sad in comparison to these two and I even sensed a little desperation from the Manager at the Taj Indian restaurant that you make a booking there. Now I wonder what the ITC Maurya is like to stay but I do know that the Indian restaurant there is supposed to be very good as its hosted a lot of famous people including Bill Clinton when he visited New Delhi.

Andrew please visit Udaipur and visit the Taj Lake Palace and The Udaivilas. Both are regularly voted among the best hotels in the world and are living palaces with incredible history
