i want to add an additional row under each existing row in my excel table, but i cant do it manually cause there is well over a thousand rows already . and if i do that method of adding rows in bulk they all add as 1 big group of empty rows . i want a row that has my data and an empty row underneath it and repeat. is there a way to do that that is not manual?
