These little guys are seriously addicting.

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine sugars, cinnamon, salt and water in a large skillet over medium heat. When the sugar has dissolved, stir in the almonds. Stir constantly until the almonds are completely coated and the sugar crystallizes, about 8-10 minutes. The mixture should be dry.

2. Remove from heat and transfer almonds to parchment paper to cool. Drizzle with melted white chocolate. Let set for 10 minutes. Serve at room temperature.

INGREDIENTS
2 c. almonds
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
pinch of salt
1/3 c. water
melted white chocolate

water didn't dissolve and just got thick, and my sugar ended up burning. if we can get measurements, that would be great...

I am anal about getting recipes exact. I followed this and after 10 minutes of reduction it was still very watery. No where near dry. Before it was even close to dry, sugar was already burned to hell.
