For anyone that don’t know how to pop the trophy, when you discover everything for the lake of the nine, go dock your boat at the lookout tower. I hope this helps.

I docked at the Lookout Tower and got the trophy, this trophy was driving me crazy. I believe you need the docking stations also

What the hell I discovered the entire lake then I went back to the lookout tower even though I have already been there when the game ended, and it gave me the trophy.

The fog around light elf post doens’t get off 😡😡😡

Unlocked OK for me. I explored many areas first time water had dropped. Second time it dropped I explored a few then went to stonefalls and the trophy popped 🙌🏻 maybe they've patched it? Although I had already docked on stonefalls first time the water had dropped :/ I'm happy I don't have to do a new game to get the trophy either way

Do you need to 100% every region and discover everything in the shores of nine? Or do you just need to visit every location?

I have done everything as well and beaten the game the only thing for me is that buri's storeroom is completely fogged over I just need this trophy I will have the platinum trophy I hope that I don't have to restart the game over from the beginning to get this trophy because I spent so much time on this game any idea's anyone?

For the isle of death, I don’t have a wooden dock, it’s more of a beach like the others. Why is mine different? Unless I am in the wrong area?

Buri's storeroom won't save in my game I think it's bug the fog won't disappear no matter what
