This unique, unspoiled area is under threat from unscrupulous exploitation!

There are plans to fill the peninsula with wind turbines, high power overhead cables and even a pipeline through some of the most pristine areas of the region, which have even been designated Natura 2000! This sort of unscrupulous destruction and exploitation without proper planning and environmental impact studies, or the approval of the local population, is hardly a good example of "green development"! It must be stopped!
