This fiery kettlebell workout combines strength with HIIT moves in a circuit style format that promises to torch calories and light your metabolism on fire!
You’ll need a variety of kettlebells or dumbbells to complete this workout. I used an 8kg + 12kg kettlebell but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level
There are 4 Circuits to work through 2 x through. Complete each exercise 40 secs work/20 secs rest
