I actually always thought of building an Inquisition army like this, probably with homebrew detachments. Reminds me of the Dawn of War Unification mod when they included inquisitors and Grey Knights in the same army, so this could work really well.

There is not reason that Grey Knights should have their own Codex if Deathwatch doesn't. They are 2 sides of the same coin. One for Xenos and one for Daemons.

I feel sorry for Deathwatch players as they're no longer a stand alone faction and received no new models but I'm happy for Inquisition fans

Just wish they released a Repressor transport vehicle instead of the old Chimera…! Codex looks very nice though and I really appreciate that you can take a single Grey Knight Terminator unit again!
