UV (Ultraviolet) light (black light) and white light flashlight

A dual function flashlight that has both a Ultraviolet (UV) light blacklight light bar and a white light flashlight available from DemoGrid.

UV light is many uses including: Hunting scorpions. Scorpions will fluoresce a bright blue-green under UV light. Currency verification. United States bills have fluorescent security features. AC leak detection and automotive leak detection (using UV dye), Pet stains and rodent stain detection. Crime scene investigation to reveal certain body fluids. Gemstone identification and verification. Glow Disc Golf - this light is great for energizing glow-in-the-dark disc golf discs for playing nighttime, glow disc golf.

The light has an available attachment called a Glow Cone that is effective for energizing glow disc golf discs. The Glow Cone will block light that is reflecting off of the disc so that the reflecting light does not effect your night time, darkness adjusted vision. The 395 nm UV light bar can energize a glow disc in as little as 3 seconds.

testing with 36 led's vs like 4 led's is not a very fair test as much of what you tested could be ignored a the uv light had 36 led's vs the flashlights roughly 4
