I gave a homeless man $200 on Christmas Eve. The next time I didn’t even recognize him. He had a hair cut, dog food for his dog (so cute) and managed to have enough money to get a job. He now has his own place, works as the manager for a grill type restaurant and hires any homeless people over others. It literally made me cry to see for once, someone else happy. Helping people in need is not only necessary, but it makes this place that we all live on better for everyone. No matter who it is, a homeless person (bum as a lot of people like to call them (how disgusting)), elderly, injured, etc. we all should help them to see another HUMAN happy. Who knows when in life you’ll need it back.

If you can't help someone, do them no harm.

An elderly lady I had never met before came to my house and asked me to drive her to a near by town so she could get money out of the bank, I did it knowing she was going to try to pay me for taking her. I politely declined and told her she needed it more than I did, took her home and wished her well. Every so often she would come by for visits. She would bring the most delicious homemade cookies and cakes. I found out she was alone having outlived her whole family. She was just lonely. So I made a friend and was so sad when she passed away 10 years later. She taught me how to bake breads and cakes, and shared a lot of recipes. The first time she came by my husband was home, He said who is this lady, I said I didn't know but I did, I just didn't want him to know I had given her a ride and took no gas money for it. I had lost my parents in an accident so I adopted her as my new grand ma, it worked for both of us.

I'm a wildlife rehabilitator. I've had hunters bring me injured wildlife. They've stopped their hunting trip to save these animals, telling me there's a time to hunt and a time to save another injured wild animal. I'm a vegetarian, but these incidents still humble me. And one of those hunters gives what he catches, to others who need and will enjoy his food.

The smiles on those children’s faces bought a tear to my eye….the poor babies don’t even have the chance to draw or colour… and their happiness at being given those golden packs ( do not know what was inside those packages) was precious…🥰🥰🥰🥰

A few years ago, I was walking down the street in the city I worked in. It was lunch hour, so the sidewalks were busy. Came to an intersection where a frail elderly woman needed to cross. A group of 3 other guys and I, all in business suits, walked in formation around her and escorted her as she crossed. It was like she had her own secret service detail for two minutes.

Seeing this video and reading your comments has brought me to tears. I cry because my heart is overwhelmed by the love shown and demonstrated herein.
Thank all of you with my utmost appreciation for your hearts of flesh and not of stone. God bless all of you and your families.
P.S. It just came to me that our children see us and learn that it is a good and godly thing to do when we help others.

one time i walked past a homeless lady and she asked for some money but i didn’t have any cash on me, but i ended up sitting next to her and we just chatted for almost 2 hours. she was one of the most humble nicest people i’ve ever met. i think about her often and hope she’s doing alright

I love that the hundred went to the young mother of 2 ❤ Also the truck driver that helped the elderly woman avoid the water to get into her vehicle was so sweet.

In every interaction you either give life to others, or take life from others. These people are givers. Love it

i will always help an animal before i even think of helping a human. we are so ungreatful and wrapped up in our own world and just walk right past some one in need. Now an animal will thank you in it's own way and you will know when it happens that it is honest and genuine. so yeah i am not too keen on helping my fellow, man animals are at the top of my list. i have helped people before and not even a thankyou.
