Thank you for this. I use this for professional training. I get participants to spot the number of different problems that occur during the meeting. Everyone spots something different in this vudeo as they recognise their own problems when using conference calls but it also helps other to hear what problems their colleagues found in the video and so they can prepare for it in the future. Preparation and training for any meeting is vital and this shows that there needs to be wider preparation on conference call for example clear rules, go to the office and use their wifi to have meeting and be on time unless you are not pulling as a and there are many more. Thank you very much Tripp and Tyler.
